I recently visited the liquor store in search of some bourbon, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff's friendliness was certainly a positive aspect, I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed with some aspects of my visit. I've been in the bourbon game for a while, so I know the prices. But I couldn't help but think that this experience might hurt new bourbon enthusiasts. Let's start with the positives. The staff at the liquor store was undeniably friendly and eager to assist when I was looking for specific bourbons. They were knowledgeable about the store's inventory and took the time to answer my questions and provide recommendations. Their approachable and helpful demeanor made the initial part of my visit quite pleasant. However, my excitement was short-lived when I couldn't find the specific bourbon I was looking for on their shelves. Not having the desired product in stock is understandable, as it can happen at any retail establishment. I was prepared to move on and try my luck elsewhere, which brings me to the less positive part of my experience. While I was willing to accept the unavailability of the bourbon I sought, I was disappointed by the attempt to sell me an alternative, in this case, the Elijah Craig Toasted, at what I believed to be an overinflated price. The staff member suggested this alternative with enthusiasm, but when I inquired about the cost, I was surprised to hear it was being sold for over $60. I was already aware that this bourbon is typically available for a lower price in other places, ranging from $43 to $49. I've been in the bourbon game for a while, so I know the prices. But I couldn't help but think that this experience might hurt new bourbon enthusiasts. It was a bit disheartening to feel like I might have been taken advantage of, as I appreciate honesty and transparency when making purchases. I kindly shared my knowledge about the pricing I had seen elsewhere, but it seemed like the staff member was insistent on the higher price. While I respect that businesses have their own pricing strategies, I believe it's important for customers to feel that they are being treated fairly and that their best interests are being considered.

This place is a scam! We ordered cases for our wedding, they gave us a set quote , called the next day to check and see, they gave us the same quote as yesterday. but when we arrived it was a completely different quote! The manager tried to argue with me on the phone which is so unprofessional! Do not buy from here! You’ll get a better experience elsewhere!

I recently stopped by a local liquor store and was blown away by the selection and customer service. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff were also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and answering all of my questions. I was really impressed by the level of service and will definitely be returning as a regular customer. This store deserves a solid 5 stars!
